About Daniel

Daniel is playful and loves children and other dogs. He likes toys, treats, and likes to play tug of war. I rescued him as a pup. He is deaf in both ears. Growing up he spent two days a week at Camp Bow Wow when I traveled for work. He is leash and house trained. Daniel weighs 73 lbs and is too big for me and my one bedroom apartment. I'm 60 y/o and cannot safely walk him more than about 20 feet outside because of his weight. He has no fear of cars so there is definite risk. He will be happier in a yard or with someone who has the strength to enjoy walks with him. Daniel Blue would very much enjoy children and other dogs. He loves company. He knows a few hand signals. He follows the command to sit especially for a treat or to go outside. He is a sweetheart, doesn't bother others with barking. I've never heard him growl or be aggressive in any way. He likes to ride in the backseat especially if it means getting to visit family or dog friends.
