About Gunther

Hi I'm Gunther! I was recently saved from the San Bernardino shelter. I am a big boy with a big heart. I get a little nervous around new people, but once you give me some time to warm up I will love you forever. I enjoy slow, leisurely walks and am very good on a leash. I almost never bark or whine, but I do snore quite loudly. I love getting my belly rubbed and will lay on my back with my legs in the air to show you just how much I love it. I like to spend my days napping close by my human. I haven't warmed up to small dogs or small children yet, but we're working on getting me more comfortable being around them. I never have accidents or chew when I'm left alone because I know that would make my foster mom sad. I am looking for a loving family that understands that my breed loves to be around his people and that we are sensitive dogs that need leadership to feel safe. Will that be you?
