EXTREMELY URGENT: You are looking at the face of a 10 year old Rottweiler being dumped at a high kill shelter by his own owner. Poor guy is Rex, doesn't he look vulnerable and confused! Id like to pull him before it is too late but need a committed foster or better yet an adopter! Please call or text me ASAP if you are interested!
