About Darla

Darla is an adorable four-year-old, 45 lb. tricolor coonhound who was found as a stray in rural North Carolina and is now ready to find her happily furever after up north! This girl is active, playful, and very sweet. Darla is a ball of fun and she would love a family that will be ready to run and play with her. You must have a fenced in yard (no electric) so she can get plenty of exercise and do her zoomies! She loves being with her people and being the center of attention. Darla is affectionate and loves to have her back scratched. Being a true hound, she knows how to yodel when she gets excited. She would benefit in attending obedience classes to learn commands and how to walk properly on a leash. She doesn't like to share with other dogs so she'd do best as an only pet. Darla's adoption fee is $300 and she is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, and spayed.
