Sophie is�%A0a 5-year-old spayed heeler that had her whole world taken away from her.�%A0 Her owner decided to leave her and two other dogs and move out of state.�%A0 Sophie is very scared right now and will take some time to adjust.�%A0 She's lovable and smart.�%A0 She walks great on the leash, will sit on command, and shake.�%A0 She's house broken and not high energy.�%A0 We don't know how she would be around small children but teenagers are fine.�%A0 No cats or chickens unless you want to take the time to teach her they are not prey animals.�%A0 She was raised as a house dog and gets along with other dogs.�%A0 If you're interested in meeting Sophie, go to ark4hart.org and fill out the adoption application.
