We have both a male and female Anatolian shepherd we need to rehome. We have had Yukon and Sierra since they were 6 months old, they are now 7, will be 8 in August. As they have aged they have become aggressive towards smaller animals, they were raised and grew with our cats and doxies but have attacked and killed 2 of our children's pets over the last 3 years. They are very lovable towards people and we have never had any issues with them being aggressive towards any person we've let into the house. Sierra, our female, does have chronic ear infections due to allergies but I have finally found something that keeps them away. Sierra can also be skidding at first but has never been aggressive towards any person. Yukon, our male, also has allergies and is known to chew on his feet occasionally, I have recently started him on a pet allergy chewable. This is an extremely difficult decision for our family to make but we can not take any more heartache from coming home to another beloved pet killed. These two must go together as they very attached, they must also go to a home without any other small pets.
