About Gracie

If you love a pup with an underbite, this girl has one of the cutest we've ever seen! Gracie is a house and crate trained 18 month old, 40 lb Pit/Boxer mix (best guess!) who is an all around wonderful dog. Unfortunately, after making her way to NY, we realized she had a terrible ear infection oney after her foster dad touched her head the wrong way and she bit his finger.��%BD%A0��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD��%BD%A0We moved Gracie to our trainer's home where she's getting stellar reviews!��%BD%A0��%BD%9D%A4��%BD��%BD%8F��%BD%A0Gracie is a medium level energy pup who loves to train but also has a great 'off' switch and is happy to chill out on rainy days. She is extremely eager to please her people, loves taking long car rides, has a great time chewing on her toys (but she won't swallow anything), is a great napper, and is a lot of fun to walk on a leash. We strongly believe she was hit by her previous 'owner', so our most important wish for this girl is a home with gentle hands, kind hearts, and lot of patience a she adjusts to her new home. Did we mention that she's also super smart and already knows sit, down, come, trade, stay, and wait (AND she learned all of these commands in ONE week!) You'll find yourself laughing at her antics because she's a complete and total ham! Gracie is still in training while waiting for her permanent home. Due to the finger bite, we prefer to err on the side of caution and don't want to place her in a home with small kids. We don't know about cats but are leaning away from kitties. She is spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, and her adoption fee is $425.
