She was wandering the streets looking for food and water, so animal control brought her in. When no owner stepped forward one of the officers brought her home until he could find a rescue for her because he loved her so much. She has been through all her vetting, is house trained, and is ready for her loving forever family. Autumn really enjoys another dog to play with. She is in a foster home with a large and small dog and is great with both. She has been around a cat and is interested but mostly just wants to play with it. Autumn is great on a leash and LOVES car rides. She knows her name and immediately comes when called. She is a very quiet dog indoors. She just wants to be in whatever room you're in. She plays like a dog much younger than she is. She doesn't do well with loud situations, such as a busy household with young children...it can cause her a bit of anxiety. She will melt into anyone who shows her any type of love or affection. She would do best in a home with another dog companion if her people are gone during the day, or could be an only dog if her humans were with her all day. She is fine being left alone out of a crate if she has another doggy companion. She's really a beautiful soul. All of our adoptable pups have a minimum requested adoption fee of $250 + tax (pups 6 months and older) and $350 + tax (pups under 6 months old), regardless of our expenses, and it includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm test for pups 8 months and older, heartworm treatment if tested positive, deworming and/or fecal test, parasite treatment if tested positive, microchipping, any immediate known health issues, and pups 3 months and older are kept current on monthly heartworm prevention.
