His ideal home would have the patience to allow him to warm up to his new family and surroundings in his own time. It would also be a quiet place in which to feel safe without loud noises that are scary. Frankie takes seizure medication and also needs to have his blood sugar regulated by eating several times a day. He is located in Greeley and his adoption fee is $250.
