About Moxie

Moxie, is a very athletic, high energy girl pulled from a local Florida shelter. She is very well put together, and will be perfect for any kind of dog sport. Currently we have jumping off the dock at about 12 -14 feet and that was day 3 of liberation from the shelter. She is a natural!! She also will do disc, and is proficient in air catches. Toy and tug drive are prolific, stamina and tenacity are present. Moxie gets along great with other dogs and will be submissive with new dogs male or female. She currently lives with several ranging in size from 13 pounds to 70. Very friendly with others. Moxie is basically a diamond in the rough. She is crate trained, we are working on leash training and house breaking. She spent 2 months in a shelter and that is just no place for this lively smart girl. She picks up things very very fast, eager to learn and ready for more. Water baby. She will swim just to swim. She will retrieve and bring it back. She tugs. She jumps. She is wicked fast. A quiet girl in the house, stays out of trouble. No digging seen yet, lol. Does not try to jump the fence outdoors. i can go on and on about this treasure. Basically she will need a very active family one that is water oriented or a dog sports family. I have NO doubt aobut agility or scent work either. NOT a lawn ornament. She is strong but oh so maleable and such a love for life!! Needs an experienced handler wiht higher energy dogs that is willing to put some time in on her training.
