About Wiley

Hi I am Wiley do not let this adorable face fool you! I am a 30 pound mini Aussie I am 1 1/2 years old and I am currently fostered by my trainer in Dacula Georgia and I need an EXPERIENCED Aussie home. I am up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm preventative. I am neutered but that has not made a difference in my energy level quite yet. My Foster mom tells me I am a hot mess all the time. I am not sure what she means by that but I get very excited when she tells me. I can be very reactive to strangers but my trainer has been working with me on my reactivity and she tells me I'm doing really good and ready to move onto a forever family that understands my breed and my issues I'm happy and willing to continue to have you socializing me. I will say I do prefer women to men and I probably would not do good in a home with children or cats as they move very quickly and I would want to chase and nip them. I do play good with other dogs I'm still learning to play properly so sometimes I have to be corrected but I respond immediately and would do great in a home with a confident female dog to correct me when I'm being inappropriate. I know all my basic obedience such as sit,down,stay,leave it,come,loose leash walking and go lie down!! I do have a sweet and cuddly chill side but I will definitely need a forever family that's super active as I love adventures! I would absolutely love to do agility or FastCat as I would be a great prospect but I don't have to do those things as long as my forever family is active and takes me hiking, camping and swimming! I'd love to play ball and frisbee. I'm still mastering catching the frisbee but I feel I'm doing pretty good for a beginner!!!
