Meet TUCKER..... ISN'T HE FETCHING!!! A houndy terrier mix, TUCKER is 6 years old and about 70 lbs of sweetness. He is a playful, friendly, affectionate, fun-loving pup looking for a loving forever home with an active, experienced dog guardian and preferably as your one and only for now. Tucker's foster dad shares the following: 'Tucker loves long walks and runs and playtime in the backyard. He walks well on a leash when there are no distractions like other dogs or deer and then you need to redirect him. He's very affectionate and loving, a great snuggle buddy who doesn't seem to move once he picks his spot. Some nights he will sit and cry like a baby because he wants to go to bed and wants me to join him. He loves his people. Tucker is well behaved, housebroken, non destructive (chews only his toys) and listens well. Recently I discovered that he responds very well to my whistle--he stops whatever he is doing and sits right down. He's a great dog who will make an awesome companion.' TUCKER is neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. His adoption fee is $425.00. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing.
