About Ace

We're all in on this sweet, loveable couch potato spud. Believe us when we say we're not bluffing, Ace is a low-key, giant gentleman who we could all learn a lesson or two from. Whether you're in the mood for a snuggle buddy, a little walkabout, or a friend to go on a car ride adventure, Ace is your guy. Low maintenance is an understatement. Ace just wants to love and be loved, and boy does he love - dogs, cats, flowers, fresh air and sunshine, even the little piglet he met on one of his adventures with his foster momma. He brings a new meaning to the California State of Mind way of life. We have yet to see something that bothers or riles him up. This fella literally stops to smell the flowers on his walks! If that doesn't make you melt, well, frankly, we don't know what will! Need we say more? We can and will - Ace is absolutely hilarious and loves to make you laugh, he's trusting, intelligent, well-mannered and potty trained, friendly to all creatures (and nature), LOVES belly rubs and greenies, and spoons like a human. Though he's almost completely blind, he hasn't let that hold him back. However, stairs are one of the only things in life that are not his friend. In order to give Ace a happy and healthy life, his furever family needs to have a stair-free house - a fenced-in backyard would be a pawsitevely pawesome bonus.
