Scrappy is our 3yo Amstaff. He likes to bask in the sun, go on walks with us, and chew on his toys. He knows a few tricks, like sit, shake, stay, and speak. He is sweet with people, he is ok with kids but gets overstimulated by them and jumps on them. I do not know how he would be with small children. He is good with our cats but he is extremely dog aggressive. He will bark endlessly if he sees a dog go by outside. It seems to be dominance-aggression, he cannot approach any dog without snarling and pulling very hard on his leash, which he otherwise does not do. When he was younger he would try to dominate other dogs at the dog park so he hasn't been allowed to go again in a long time. His dog aggression seems to be getting worse and we cannot handle his training anymore, as we have twin babies due this summer. We just want what is best for him and his behavioral issues. He's not a danger to anyone as long as he is kept under control and away from other dogs.
