Meet Rosie! This girl LOVES absolutely everyone she meets. She loved walking up to each volunteer to get some loving. She has a mellow personality and is calm around other dogs. She backed away from the cats nearby. We noticed that her canine teeth are flat .. maybe from chewing on a chain, fence, or something.
