About Max

This is Maxxy, a beautiful 1 1/2 BullyMix boy that I fostered from the shelter. I'm not sure what was of his life before he was found roaming the streets, but I do know that he aims to find the perfect forever home with a loving family. Max is potty trained and knows how to sit on command. He is very playful and loves other dogs- which leaves me thinking he is a little younger than the shelter stated. He shares toys and cuddles in bed, but he needs time to be able to share treats and/or food with other dogs because he seems to be very food motivated, requiring some time to get comfortable. In regards to people- he has no food guarding and allows me to touch him and his bowl when eating at all times. He is a little hesitant when picked up quickly off the ground (he is about 45-50lbs). He is friendly with all people and young children. He is a smuggler and cuddle bug. He is all up to date on his shots and vaccines. He would make a wonderful addition to any family that has a submissive male dog, female dogs, kids with proper manners, and even a backyard possibly so he can run around and play.
