TEDISON -#A122489 - Now Rescue Only (Kennel Stress) Irvine Shelter, Irvine, So Cal http://petharbor.com/pet.asp?uaid=IRVN.A122489 Young Tedison has been waiting at the Irvine shelter for a home or rescue to come for him. He is listed as a two year chow lab mix, and is 45 lbs. This cutie was described by the shelter in notes as a free spirit who is internally driven, smart, confident and clever. The shelter said his owner should be firm but calm, and 'Tedison does real well with other dogs. He is in playgroups almost daily with multiple dogs. Unfortunately, the shelter had been closed to the public and when they finally opened recently for adoptions, Tedison could not control himself and jumped up and growled at a potential adopter. So now the shelter has made him Rescue Only. The shelter has not had these issues with him and thinks he is getting kennel stressed. Nevertheless, they are asking for a rescue and experienced foster, or experienced with the breed.
