Meet Roscoe. He is a 5yr old 15 lb chihuahua mix. He's a little Houdini when it comes to his harness, so a fenced yard is preferable for this handsome little man! He is very active, and that can be overwhelming for some dogs, so he will need a buddy that matches his energy, or he can be a spoiled 'only dog'. He is friendly and happy, and he lives to play!!! He came from TX, and is being fostered here in WI.
