About Milo

Milo is an approximately 1 1/2 year old, 70 lb goofy, handsome boy. He is initially shy but opens up in a home environment and over time. Milo has been in a board and train with our trainer to learn about leash walking skills, social skills, and building confidence. He has done fantastic. Our trainer loves him and said that someone will be very lucky to adopt him :) Once Milo opens up he is very puppy-like so we're looking for a home who can continue and build on the wonderful foundation that has been built. He has advanced obedience skills and will be a pleasure to work with. He will succeed in a more calm home as he's very much affected by the energy around him, and even though he has done well with children, we prefer a home with no kids or teenage children. Milo is potty trained and loves to play and run around in his yard. He needs secure fencing and should not be left in the yard unsupervised for hours on end as he will try to escape. Milo does well in his crate and we highly recommend structured crate time. He did well meeting our other large dogs with proper introductions and would do well with a female playmate who is calmer but of similar size. Milo is a big sweetheart who is playful and loving and will be a great fit for someone who loves and knows how to work with large dogs.
