'Hello, bestie! I'm really, really, extra super duper ready to find a forever home and I think that you're the key to doing just that! My name is Bentley and I'm a 6-7 month old pup looking to join your family. My sister, Portia, and I came to SVASC as strays that were never reclaimed, so now I'm gonna start fresh. My sister has already found her home, so now it's my turn! I'm a super energetic boy and love to play. I'm fantastic with other dogs and have been a playgroup champ at the shelter and have made so many friends. I've also learned that I love swimming and especially love peanut butter. Because I am still a young dog, I do need some work on my manners. I don't always understand that the right way to say hello isn't by jumping up in your face. The good news is that I'm still young, so that's totally manageable with a little training. I do well with kitties (but like to try to play with them) and am good with older (8+ y/o) kids. Please remember that puppies are a lifetime commitment. I won't stay little forever and estimated to weigh around 35 pound fully grown. Puppies like me need consistent training and guidance to grow into the best dog that I can be. SVASC highly recommend that my adopter sign me up for puppy obedience classes after adoption.
