About Murray

Hi Everyone, I am looking for a new home for this big beautiful guy. I don't know much about his history, I got him as a rescue, but here is what I do know: he is around 3 years old, 16lbs, and appears to be full Norwegian Forest cat! Pros: He is super social, and will be waiting by the bedroom door for you every morning! He likes his humans, especially when you are in the kitchen, bathroom, or cleaning he has to 'help'. He has perfect potty habits, no accidents! He LOVES face and head scratches! Cons: He is dominant and I would not recommend him in a house with other cats or young children. Dogs and older children would be fine. He does not care for body rubs or much petting, just stick to the head! This makes it hard to keep the mats down, and he is a mediocre self-groomer. He only drinks flowing water, so he comes with a cat water fountain watering dish. I've had Murray for 2 months now and he continues not to get along well with my existing cat of 12 years. So I have decided to re-home him.
