About Febe

Febe is very timid but once she warms up she LOVES attention and wants to be pet all the time. Right now that is simply on her terms as she learns to trust. Inside the house she is cautious but outside she comes alive and is much more confident like her fears are erased. Precious Febe came from a place where she was not loved for a very long time so she is taking her time to realize no one is going to hurt her. Febe is pee pad trained and will only potty there or outside. She loves to lay close to her people and be loved on but doesn't need constant attention. She sleeps a lot during the day but also doesn't make a peep at night. She likes other dogs and would probably be best in a home without kids. She doesn't mind baths and is good at being brushed. She isn't the pick me up type of dog and prefers to walk with you holding the end of a leash. She is perplexed by slick, hard floors and prefers to walk on carpet or rugs of some sort. Right now she is nippy when she is scared so her people must be calm and confident as she learns she is safe and loved. Her lack of very many teeth means her nip really isn't all that she thinks it is. Is she a Chihuahua? Yes. Is she growly? Yes. Is she nippy? Yes. Is she scared? Yes. Does she want so badly to trust and be loved on? Absolutely YES! Febe isn't for everyone. She wants someone who understands where she came from and what her potential is. She want someone who will be patient with her as she adjusts. Febe is an amazing 8 year old cutie that has just begun to blossom.
