Rosco is a 4 yr. old 8 lb., Chihuahua mix looking for his forever home. He was an owner surrender due to owner loosing her home. He is very shy at first but when he gets to know you, loves to have his belly rubbed. He needs work on his leash training, but he is crated trained, and housebroke to a dog door. He loves other dogs and is fine with cats. He will need an owner who will work with him to build up his confidence. He is completely vetted and his adoption fee is $200.00.
