About Galaxy

Galaxy is a Jack Doxie boy of a little over a year old. He is neutered, current on vaccines and has his microchip. He did test light positive for heart worm infection and is currently undergoing 'slow kill' heart worm treatment. He will likely test negative in 7 months or so and this rescue will be sending him to his new home with everything he needs to continue treatment ( monthly heart worm prevention) and we'll follow up with his adopter when it's time for him to get retested. We have put dozens of dogs through treatment and they all do great! There will be no long term effects of the infection once he tests negative. Galaxy is very healthy otherwise. He is so good with other dogs and great with people. He will put a smile on your face with his goofy antics. He is playful but knows when to relax. Galaxy is house and crate trained and does great on leash.
