About Cooper

Cooper or Coop as his friends call him, is a Corgi mix. He is 22 months old, 20 lbs, neutered, current on vaccines and heart worm prevention. He was recently returned to rescue through no fault of his own. Coop is playful and fun and would love a family to call his own. He is a little fearful of strangers but warms up once you have his trust. Treats will help convince him. He's crate and house trained but we always let new adopters know that there may be some regression in the beginning. Patience is a must when bringing home a new family. A schedule and reminders will go a long way. He wants to please you and is very loyal to his humans. This boy does tend to bark when he's nervous or in new situations. He is going to need a home with a fenced yard to run around in. No apartments please! Cooper is currently in foster in Wichita Falls TX but available for adoption through out TX or OK.
