Meet the resident goof ball. Carter is as sweet and goofy as they come. He loves to roll in the grass and run around. He has that characteristic German Shepherd prance, however is quite camera shy. Come to see this guy in person and fall in love! He definitely will bond quickly and be loyal to his human companion. Carter is dog-friendly and would likely do well with children too. He would also love a great backyard or an adventure partner.
