What an extraordinarily gentle, quiet 2 year old! Sydney was just rescued at the 11th hour from a kill shelter that is closing due to COVID 19. She loved riding in the car enjoys toys and most of all cuddling with her foster mom. This beautiful 35 pound girl is sweetness itself. She will need a secure fenced yard or if living in a condo long walks. See video https://youtu.be/AR2l8KdjIFo Sydney is submissive with other dogs, we don't know how she is with cats, is an easy going, amicable surprisingly laid back hound. She tested very low heartworm positive and is on slow kill; which is a month of doxcycline and progressive heartguard, then one heartguard pill. month. Her level was so low we are confident she will retest negative in 6 months. She is partly housetrained and eager to pleae so she is learning fast! If you love walkers' gentleness and closeness this is your gal. Apply on www.crisisdogsnc.org No calls pls. We reply fast to applications. Vet reference and virtual home visit required.
