About Zeke

OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS: Due to the Coronavirus we are suspending any out of state adoptions until further notice. Hi, my name is Zeke, but some people think I should be called Radar since my ears are so well proportioned for that job. I am an adventurous and playful guy who likes rolling over, playing chase in the yard and snuggling on the couch. I am currently being fostered in a home with a one-year-old puppy and two elementary age kids, and I've been such a sweet and fun playmate for everyone. I am still working on potty training, but consistently know the drill when you put me on a patch of grass. I sleep quietly through the night in my crate and am happy napping there during the day, too. Zeke is a Male Lab / Pitbull Mix that we estimate to be born around 1/10/20. PUPPIES: Young puppies that have not had their second round of puppy shots will not be at the Adoption Center for our weekend adoption events. If your application is approved, a meeting can be arranged. Also, we only adopt young puppies locally due to the 4 month time frame it takes to get them fully vetted and altered. SPAY/NEUTER: As we believe proper healthcare of one's pet is a requirement of good ownership K-9 Angels Rescue only adopts out dogs that have been fully vetted. If the dog being adopted is not already altered at the time of their adoption, the dog will be altered within 2 weeks of adoption at our vet at our cost, with the exception of puppies which will be altered as soon as the puppy is ready.
