Shelly was rescued from a shopping center parking lot here in Morganton. She has a very cheerful, sweet, bubbly personality with just a little bit of torti-tude mixed in. She loves to play and is very interactive and friendly with her people. She has been spayed and has had all of her vaccines. But Shelly is frightened of other cats, so she cannot be brought inside the rescue. Please help Shelly find her furrever home!
