Hi my name is Nero! I'm an 8 week old, approximately 9-10 pound male brindle lab mix. I have been told that I'm such a sweet boy! I love to be held and give kisses! Outside of this sweet side, I also love to play. I'm pretty well behaved as long as I have toys or another dog to play with. I am a puppy so I am still working on going potty outside, but with some time I'm sure I will learn! I currently live in a house with 3 older dogs and 2 other puppies. I get along fine with all of them. I have not ever been around kids or cats. I sleep in a pen with the other puppies and am quiet all night after a few minutes of crying initially. If you're looking for a sweet boy to add to your family, I'm your pup! Illinois law requires that all of our dogs and puppies be spay/neutered within 30 days of adoption. In order to fully comply with this regulation and reduce the number of homeless dogs and puppies, we do not permit out of state adoptions of unaltered dogs or puppies. Puppies have special needs and require a home where there will be someone available to care for, socialize, and train them during the day. If your family is away from the home for several hours at a time, please consider adopting a 'teen' or adult dog. Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping.
