Arthur SAPA-A-51592 is looking for a quiet loving family! He is smart and observant and takes his time with things. Arthur was shy at first but is really coming out of his shell. He is silly and energetic muscly chihuahua mix. He is about 1 year old, 20 pounds, jet black with a white patch on his chest. He is crate trained, house trained and even knows how to use a dog door!
