About Cotton

Cotton is approx. 5 years old and 75 pounds. He loves all people. We took him to an event and everyone loved him He would really like an active family. He would make a great hiking or running companion. Due to his size he would do best with older children. He is fully vetted and ready for a new family. He is going to need an adopter who is committed to work with him on his leash skills as he is extremely strong and pulls. He gets along with dogs that like to play. Large and small. IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU WOULD NEED TO READ BELOW. Please understand, our dogs are shelter dogs. We do not know how or why they ended up in the shelter. We have very little, if any, information on their prior training and behavior. Please be prepared and committed to train/retrain, your newly adopted pet. Please tell us about you, your family, your activities, your property, the city in which you live, other pets in your home and whatever else puts you on top. The more information about you - the better. What can this companion expect from you and what are your expectations of him/her. This is not a first come placement. There is a placement fee to offset care and medical. Please allow a few days- as I review inquiries. Tell me why you should be on the top of the list of potential families. WE ARE LOCATED IN HOLLYWOOD, SC If you are not local to our area, we can recommend a transport company. This company is not affiliated with the rescue and they do charge an additional fee.
