About Cocoa

Cocoa is a rescue that I got when she was about 8 weeks old. She was being given away on the street corner - I was told she is a lab mix. She is a little chubby but is about 80 lbs (she was about 50 lbs when she was 4-5 months old). She is spayed and vaccinated. She lives with other dogs and several cats and gets along well. She does chase the cats, but hasn't harmed them. She would do best with a large yard and room to run. She is a great guard dog and would like a 'job' to do. She is very sweet, but is clumsy, so I wouldn't try her with very small children. She needs more space and exercise than she is getting at my house (I do a lot of rescue and have several other animals). She has been destructive when kenneled and when left alone inside. She doesn't try to jump the fence or dig her way out. She is currently residing in Roswell, NM but can be transported for the right home.
