About Dottie

Meet Dottie! Dottie was returned due to allergies in the home and is ready to find her forever family. Dottie is a 3 year old, 40 lb, Lab mix. She loves to play with her fur partners. She is fostered with small dogs and goes to the dog park with big dog friends! Dottie does seem to have a prey drive so no cats are recommended within the home. Dottie can be shy in her initial meetings with people and will bark until she's comfortable. She's working on her basic commands and leash skills as she works on being a running partner with her foster! Dottie is ready to find her forever family and couch! She is spayed, current on vaccines, and fostered in Abbottstown, PA We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
