Rockie is a handsome 10-month-old tan and black neutered male German Shepherd who was rescued from Baldwin Park Animal Care Center after he was surrendered on March 21st. Rockie is sweet, super hyper, and playful at the Care Center, but he does pull strongly on leash. Rockie needs a foster (temporary home) or an adopter (permanent home). Fostering is free as the rescue provides all of the necessities while the dog is in foster care including paying for medical expenses and food.
