About Roxy

Roxy was rescued from a southern NM shelter and is doing well in her foster home. We believe this girl is three to four years of age and we are pretty certain Roxy has been an outside dog up until now. She is good with male dogs but not really well behaved with female dogs. Roxy is such a sweetheart and does well inside the house, as long as you keep an eye on your food! This sweet girl is very excited by food and treats. She knows how to sit, lay down, shake and speak. She loves to play and would probably enjoy a dog of her equal size. She does have energy, but not an excessive amount. Roxy is really easy going and with a little bit of play time in the morning and evening, she will nap all day long. Roxy has been really great with the few people she has met. Eager to say hi, sniff and give a few kisses. She is great in the car and loves to put her head out the window when driving around town. Roxy listens to commands, like no and come while here at the house. Even though she's strong, she is good on a leash. She really is a great girl! A $300 adoption fee applies.
