Otis is a 3-year-old chocolate and fawn neutered male Dachshund Mix who was rescued from Baldwin Park Animal Care Center after he was surrendered on March 4th. Otis was fearful but has improved significantly with training. He has learned to socially interact and now gets along with other dogs.
