CHELSEY - 13 YEAR OLD FEMALE - GAUTENG Chelsey was surrendered at 13 years of age as her original owners said she was left 'alone and crying' at home. Poor girl. Luckily she is in foster care with Spaniel Welfare, and has someone with her all day now. It is so sad that at 13 years of age, you need to look for a new home. Chelsey is a lovely old girl. She does not know cats, but is good with children, and other dogs. She likes to have someone at home with her, or else she barks a bit if left alone too long. She has no medical issues, is still lively, and is just looking for a nice retirement home. Foster mom Sue says Chelsey is very sweet.
