About Collin

Collin is an approx 1 y/o Doxie/terrier/Chi blend. Despite the fact that Collin was rescued from unimaginable circumstances (abandoned, locked in a closet with no food or water, covered in filth), he is so filled with joy and love. Maybe it's because he knows his dark days are behind him that Collin fills every moment with happiness. This boy is forever busy playing with his canine and feline friends of all sizes, and soaking up all the love that he can possibly get from his foster family. When Collin wags, his whole body wiggles! His new game is to try to stick two toys in his mouth, which is a challenge for a guy that's only 16 lbs. Don't tell Collin he's small though; he thinks he's actually the perfect size, and his foster mom agrees- he is easy to pick up and fits perfectly in a lap, but he's built sturdy enough for hikes and other Colorado adventures; he's like a fun sized candy bar! When the day is done, Collin does a great job sleeping through the night in his crate. He's working hard on his potty potty training and almost has it down. In fact, he'll be quite easy to teach every trick in the book because he's food motivated and loves to please! Collin truly is the perfect companion that could fit in almost any family or lifestyle as long as he gets an abundance of love. He's neutered, utd on vaccs and chipped.
