OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS: Due to the Coronavirus we are suspending any out of state adopti ons until further notice. Puppy's log: day 237 of what the humans call social distancing. I'm pretty much keeping everyone sane-My foster person and everyone that walks by and sees me sitting on the porch. My cuteness is basically the cure for whatever it is that's causing all this weirdness. I don't understand why I can't socialize with all the humans and dogs that pass. We would obviously be the best of friends. I love people and dogs. I'm working hard at letting my neighbor dog know that I'm his new best friend. And my human thinks I am the best snuggler. Apparently, I'm also entertaining because she laughs a lot when I play with her or run around the house. I'm also well on my way to being accepted into Mensa. Yes. I'm a genius. I don't like to brag but learning comes so easily to me. English is not as complicated of a language as humans think. I know sit, go rest, got to bed, touch, come. I'm working on lay down. I know where I'm supposed to go potty but I'm still working on finding a suitable form of communication with my human. Poor thing. She just isn't as fast of a learner as I am. But, nevertheless, we are well on our way to success. I'm an athlete too. Fetch came so naturally to me, I wouldn't be surprised if Pups Illustrated calls me for an interview soon. A cover shoot would be ideal because I'm so dang pretty. A full coat, blue flecks in my eyes. Basically, top model status here. What a life! It's a crazy world so I'm glad I'm here to make it better for the humans. Lilac is a Female Lab / Hound Mix that we estimate to be born around 1/18/2020. PUPPIES: Young puppies that have not had their second round of puppy shots will not be at the Adoption Center for our weekend adoption events. If you are interested in adopting a puppy, please fill out an application on our website http://www.k-9angelsrescue.org/k9_angels_rescue_adoption_process.html. If your application is approved, a meeting can be arranged. Also, we only adopt young puppies locally due to the 4 month time frame it takes to get them fully vetted and altered. SPAY/NEUTER: As we believe proper healthcare of one's pet is a requirement of good ownership K-9 Angels Rescue only adopts out dogs that have been fully vetted. If the dog being adopted is not already altered at the time of their adoption, the dog will be altered within 2 weeks of adoption at our vet at our cost, with the exception of puppies which will be altered as soon as the puppy is ready. NOTE: All dogs are officially the property of K-9 Angels Rescue until they are altered by our veterinarian. Please LIKE and share our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/k9angelsrescue.
