About Billy

Billy is a 5 y/o Chihuahua mix who was an owner surrender to Cobb County Animal Control. When we first rescued Billy, he was extremely scared, and his fear displayed itself as aggression. We have worked very hard with him to learn appropriate behaviors, and he has made great strides since then. Billy would be a good fit for a patient, ADULT ONLY home. NO CATS OR CHILDREN. He is good with some other dogs; it depends on the dog, but he would be happier being an only pet. He craves attention and wants to be held and loved on all the time. Billy does still get scared sometimes and will default to growling or snapping. His adopter needs to understand how to give him space when needed, and appropriate discipline / boundaries when needed.
