About Shammy

Meet Mr. Shammy�'�| this nine year old Chihuahua was surrendered to the rescue after his previous owner was placed in a Memory Care Facility and couldn't keep him. Shammy's world changed quickly and he is slowly adapting to all these changes. He has been doing well at the rescue and gets along with the other dogs, but he might do better being the only one in the home. If your looking for a walking companion or someone to just hang out on the patio then Shammy is your guy! Adoption Fee is $200. *Shammy qualifies for our senior for senior adoption program! **PLEASE NOTE: Before applying, please make sure all pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention.
