No, we recommend a home with no children. Sophie is a beautiful 1 year old mixed breed dog, weighing about 40 lbs. She is very sweet and loves belly rubs. She is house trained and has been working hard to learn 'sit' and 'place' and is doing great! She can be a little nervous around new people, but once she warms up she is a total sweet heart! She is good with other dogs once she is comfortable, but will need a home with no children as they tend to scare her. Sophie loves to run around and play with the other dogs in her foster home, and then spend the afternoon chewing on her favorite bone! She would love to find a family who will continue working with her on training, and will let her know that they are in charge. We think Sophie would do best in a home with no small animals. We know her perfect family is out there willing to give her a second chance!
