About Slim Pickens

Hi, I'm Slim Pickens but my foster mama calls me Slim (or the most handsomest man)! She also tells me that I am a sweet, gentle boy. I am a hound mix and recently celebrated my fourth birthday on February 19. I am a slender guy who could stand to put on a few pounds. My foster mama says this should be no problem because I love to eat! I'm still trying to figure out this whole 'living in a house' thing, so I'm a little timid at first. But I'm learning that humans are good and am warming up quickly! I'm picking up on housetraining and like to be in my crate for some quiet time. I am good in the car, but I get a little nervous so I need some coaxing. I absolutely love being outside! I jump around and get the zoomies every time - even if it's just a quick potty trip! I get along great with my foster doggy brothers and sister and would love to go to a home with a fur sibling to help me feel more confident.
