About Johnny Walker

Johnny Walker came to us one of 10 dogs seized in a felony cruelty case. Johnny was 32 lbs. on arrival and is now up to 51 lbs. and still gaining. He was so emaciated we were amazed he could even stand up. Johnny is very sweet and walks well on a leash. He still eats fast and that may never change. He is not quite ready for adoption but will be soon. (hopefully by the end of March) He is filling out nicely and just adores people. He is most definitely NOT a hunting dog, he prefers a nice soft bed and doesn't mind getting a warm bath. We do adopt out of area, however the adopter will have to make more than one trip to pick up their animal. There are no exceptions. All animals must we at least 2 lbs. for surgery.
