About Duane

Having a bad day? Feeling a bit blue? Allow this cutie pie to shower you with love, and we promise your day will be a whole lot brighter! Duane, a 1 year old, 29 lb White Shepherd/Husky mix (total best guess!), was a little unsure about finding himself in a noisy kill shelter (jeez, can you blame him?), but our friends in SC say he is coming around beautifully, and his loving and sweet personality is beginning to really blossom. He's all set to hop on the freedom bus once he has a FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME up north. Duane is a happy and friendly boy who walks pretty well on a leash, LOVES to be pet and scratched anytime, anywhere, and gets along well with other pups. There aren't many kids in a kill shelter, but given his sweet disposition, we think he's going to make a wonderful family dog. We don't know about cats.
