About Dillon

Golden Retriever / Border Collie
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Dillon is a happy and very playful boy. He loves to romp and play ball in the yard. He gets excited meeting other dogs but after a few minutes he will settle down and is good with most other dogs. He is a lover of the ladies and wouldn't mind living with a female dog. We do not know what he thinks of cats. Dillon can be cautious meeting new people at first, but once he trusts you....you are in his circle! Though Dillon likes to be active, a low foot traffic home (non active home with people coming in and out) is best with his uneasiness of meeting new people. This handsome fellow is about 2 years old and 63 pounds. Please help Dillon find the loving home he deserves. Update: Dillon Had tested low positive for Anaplasmosis, a tick borne disease similar to Lyme's. He showed no symptoms and has completed his course of oral antibiotic. He is feeling fine and ready to go home! Dillon would do best in a home with the following criteria: -No kids -Experienced dog owner -Low foot traffic home (non active home without lots of people coming in and out) Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes.
