OK, let's get this out of the way right off the bat. Elsa is shy. ? There, we said it! What else is she you ask? According to her Long Island foster mom, Elsa, a house trained 7 month old, 35 lb American English Foxhound (best guess) absolutely adores ALL other dogs, bonds very closely with her people, is good with cats ?, and has a sweet and gentle soul. With a little patience, this gorgeous pup blossoms, and before you know it, you'll be the lucky recipient of lots of love and cuddles. Elsa definitely needs another confident pup in her forever home to help her continue to gain confidence.She's doing great with walking on a leash and a fenced backyard is definitely needed. This pretty girl doesn't have an aggressive bone in her body! We think she'll be scared of young kids (who can be, let's face it, pretty loud!), so a quieter home with older kids is the best fit.
