I am relocating out of state and am not able to take my dog with me. I have a 7 1/2 yr old Brindle English Mastiff. I am looking for a home with a lovely couple or someone who could be with her all the time. That includes during the day. Since we moved last June, she has suffered from separation anxiety. The vet has prescribed anti-anxiety medicine for her, but I believe she could live a better life and not have to be medicated if she had a constant companion. Her vet has given her a clean bill of health with no hip dysplasia or weight problem. She is good with children 4 ft or taller and enjoys daily strolls. Driving in the car is a treat she enjoys. I will admit, I allow her to sleep on my bed, but she has no problem sleeping on a dog bed on the floor. Cuddling up on the couch can be a problem for her human, but not for her. At this time in her life, she prefers to be the only dog in the household. I would like to find an forever Idaho home who enjoys big breed dogs. P.S. She has been taught not to lick and to wait at the door to have her mouth wiped before coming in the house.
