Please help me find Moose a new home! Moose is a very energetic young man that likes to play fetch, tug and chase laser pointers. When you sit on the couch he still believes that he is a lap dog and will curl up and wait for the pets. He currently resides in a house with smaller female dog that he gets along with well. The current owners unfortunately do not have time to work with Moose and he has become increasingly full of energy. He has started to show aggression to other dogs along with his owners. I believe that this is due to him not wanting to go back in his kennel and not liking to be scolded. He has a lot of energy that needs to be put to go use. The sooner he gets re-homed to someone that can handle him the better for this young man. He has been around Kids ages 10 and up and did well, we are not sure how he will be with young children. He likes to chase at cats and has not been exposed to one for 6 months so he will most likely not do well with a cat. He likes to bust out of his kennel and tear through the house, getting into everything from the trash can to clothes. What Moose needs is someone with patience, knowledge of how his breed works, and with lots of time to spend working with him. The only dogs he doesn't get overly dominate with is any dog bigger than him, if the dog is smaller than him he gets over stimulated and has lunged at them.
